We don’t know how much of this is real. But we’ve heard of scalar waves a long time ago. It is said to be a wave that can originate from even an other dimension. Like for instance love or your spirit. Scalar waves are at the front of the things we should know a lot more about. The nazi’s already experimented on them (die glocke). It is possible that it is also connected to certain workings of accelerators like the hadron collider of cern.
But here it seems to be about getting samples of our dna code and having a physical tool to change our behavior. Making us do whatever they deem.
